Hello Du

Here is my first BETA of the Crystal Mine v2

Release notes :

Things that are still under contruction :

- Temple
- Begin Area / Outside Terrain
- Gameplay
- Sounds and Effects.

I placed the monster end actor omewhere in the temple just to end the map, but   I want the end of the map to be 'spectacular'  in the 'FInal' version 8)

This second beta is used to give you an idea to see what my current progress is. ( its 90 % )
Tips and suggestions are welcome !

I think I already found some bugs :

@ the beginning when you go outside , the sky has a sheet with earth texture .
And some further you see a brush from a lift ,I forgot to remove.

the private server is still closed so we cant put it on there just yet. it wont be long till its open again though, then we can the latest version on. looking at your list, it would be a better idea to get a bit more of the map completed before putting it on there anyway Smile

The private server is passworded at the moment as its closed. It's my fault  sign sorry  but it cant be opened again until i have completed something im working on that it taking longer than planned. No one has the password, so dont worry its not just you that cant get on there. As soon as i get finished it will be opened again, all the new maps will go on there, and there will be server updates on the main server :)

Its on the server now. I had a very quick look and its not too bad. Needs a lot more monsters tho. And you need to put in pathnodes for the relics system to work.

I tried my map on the server , works perfectly  Very Happy1

Before I build the final version, any other suggestions anyone ?

I tried it too on the private server, looks good and gameplay is nice.
Only suggestions is to reduce the manta's a bit and maybe make the outside a bit more attractive (maybe a bit darker lighting and/or different textures)

I agree with hellfire, outside needs to be a bit more good looking. I noticed even if it says we've activated the second respawn point, we do respawn at the first.  Confused
Yes and you should add some more monsters, very few of them now.
But i like the map, it's better than CM1, i like the storyline, and the temple, the caves looks pretty  Wink
