BannerName on NexgenBannedDialog

i ve tried to added the bannerName on the popup to let know to the player who was the admin who banned them  

but i got this  Error: L:\UnrealTournament\Nexgen112F\Classes\NexgenController.uc(727) : Error, Call to 'isBanned': Bad ',' or missing ')'

i don't see why that don't work
