And you should take the opportunity for editing and updating the master servers list in the UnrealTournament.ini file as explained in this post:

Can we get a reboot please? This is the only server I play on and I'm having withdrawals lol.

v451 is more unstable with modern systems rather than with old ones, you need to update it to v469c to get rid of frequent crashes.
