I'm proud to present the new official destination Unreal logo!
This logo is handmade by dU.SevenOfNine only for dU.

It takes weeks to find a very good one which fits for dU and ist not that complicated. I think I stressed SevenOfNine extreme, because I want a change here and a change there.

But finally we have now a own one which will be spread arround on the homepage and the servers soon.  The dU skins will have it soon,too.

I wanna say thank you for all who like my work, but besides this i wanna say thanks for those who dont like it and told me their opinions. This helps me to improve my skills, even its not a great feeling that not everyone like this. Smile There will always be someone who doesn't like something, it's impossible to fit for all! To be honest not this one of my logo designs is my favorite, but Wolfi wanted something simple. That is the most important thing what the admins or customers want.

My message to those who see a cow's nose in it... then it is effective Very Happy1 Many of you like being a cow... so you have to like it! Very Happy1

I don't care much about whatever happens with dU's logo so don't take too strongly what I'm gonna say.

First, I like how it looks (some badge thingy, pretty cool).
However, I don't think it's possible for an UT related logo not to have a visual connection with the game. If you didn't already know it was about UT you'd have no way to tell just from looking, which is bad IMO. You probably had this discussion already but just saying.

Second, watermarking the screenshots with dU's name is already kind of a bad thing (okay you don't want other sites leeching your captures but still), but adding the logo is visually rather out of place and over the top.

As I said I can live with that anyway. Just my 2 cents.
