If you edit an existing map and you've done just about anything you think you want to do it, but you're still ironing out some details, if you choose to submit it to others for them to play and give opinions...

...can it be called a BETA map even though it's an edit of an existing map?

Is there some other Alphabetical designation I should be using?

Append -EDITV050 or something at the end. Beta will just bring confusion in this situation.
